Aromatherapy is normally used through inhalation or as a topical application.

Inhalation: the oils evaporate into the air using a diffuser container, spray, or oil droplets, or breathed in, for example, in a steam bath.

Topical: Essential oils can be applied to the crown of your head, behind the ears, to your neck, and to your temples. It also can be applied to pressure points and the top and soles of your feet. It is also great for massages.

Using Aromatherapy

With my Initial Consultation patients claim to feel immediately relaxed, reassured, and optimistic about themselves and the future of their health. I’ve trained extensively in the chemical constituents of the oils, so I can tailor each oil blend to target and address your specific issues and needs. I am dedicated to providing my clients with solutions that can be felt almost immediately, and have a long-lasting effect. I not only want to help solve the immediate trauma, but also work on the underlying issues so that we can get rid of the issue altogether. I believe that so many ailments today can be treated with natural and alternative methods, without (or in conjunction with) the use of pharmaceuticals. I love introducing my clients to a new and more natural way of caring for themselves, and showing them how just a small adjustment can make an enormous difference to their health.
